1.6 Installing ChessDB to a UNIX/Linux computer from binaries

Currently there are no recent binary distributions for UNIX or Linux computers, but from time to time, people do make them available. They have appeared for Debian Linux, as well as for Mac OS X. Check the Sourceforge web site for what is available.
