ChessDB Tutorial
The ChessDB tutorial is still under construction, although it is very comprehensive and is generally the best form of documentation for ChessDB. There are some tutorials for Scid (on which ChessDB is based) in other languages, including German and Swedish.

IMPORTANT
The ChessDB tutorial is distributed with ChessDB, so one can use the tutorial on a computer without internet access. However, the online tutorial at http://chessdb.sourceforge.net/tutorial/ may be more upto date than the local copy stored on your computer. Hence if you have a good internet connection, you may prefer to use the online version, rather than a copy that came with ChessDB and is stored locally on your computer.
